Judgment versus Observation

The easiest thing in the world to do is judge.  We trained throughout our upbringing to do it, we learned it well through our experiences in life and we trusted it to show us what life is all about, who we are and where we stand  within it and with others.

Yet judgment is a closed circuit, a closed reality, leaving no room for anything else. And there is much much more... in fact, most of what is true and real, is always kept on the outside.

The surface mind persuades us that judgment is necessary in the process of linear time, so that we may, at that certain present point in time, choose who we want to be. But we should seriously begin doubting this concept.

Every time you make a judgment about anything or anyone, experiences somehow will reveal to you - if you remain observant and open - that you have misjudged, no matter how open-minded you thought you were or how much of the whole picture you thought you were seeing.

Half truths don’t make whole truths

Change is a matter of two or more people.

We are taught the opposite: that change happens within, that it is entirely up to us. Once again, we have half the the equation.

On the physical level, and looking around us, at the world, the people, the creations, we realize that two or more people are needed, for any change to take effect. A student and a teacher, a seeker and a mentor, a child and a parent, two lovers, brothers… a relationship, purely of the heart. It takes a connection, a gathering, a "coming together", that is based on Love; respect, devotion, commitment, acceptance and all those virtues that reveal and strengthen what we truly are.

Daring to reveal ourselves

This is one of those “strange” articles, intended mainly for the blog’s readers  and all the conscious seekers out there who read my articles.

I felt the need to write it down and share this with everyone versus just telling each person separately on a personal level, because I am convinced it concerns us all. Actually, as I can already sense, this will be a sort of “foreword” of my next article, which is already being written.

My main focus here is on sharing and the need of communication. Although I will be going into the subject in even greater detail in the following article, what I would like to stress here is the habit of keeping quiet, the habit of internalizing, the habit of not daring to expose ourselves.

When all you know is a lie...

and all that you are attempting to do (or be)
 is pointless!

This is a tough one, which most people don’t even want to think about, let alone take up the challenge to explore! And yet, it is a statement that will effectively focus your attention to questioning your beliefs, all your “concrete” virtual realities and set your mind free in order to start thinking for yourself and within your Self.

Each new day can be a magical revelation and exploration into the unknown, if we are brave enough to move beyond our beliefs and our conditioned way of thinking. And yet, the only state of being that could instantly free us, is the most feared and the least talked about!

New Mothers

Mothers don’t seem to realize just how much they can do for their babies. Instead of searching outside themselves for a miracle or healing, they can realize that they are their own source for healing and nurturing their babies. There is still so much for us to learn, letting go of our conditioning and our way of thinking, which is outwardly focused.

Mothers and babies are totally connected, even though the umbilical cord has been cut. That manifestation is just on physical level, where truth hides and reality is distorted.Truth being that a baby is totally connected emotionally with its surroundings and the people - mainly the mother/nurturer -  who are closest to it, it "cries out" for support and wisdom that it needs.

It might be “Christmas” or the "holiday season" for the Western adult world that still needs to create virtual realities through belief. But for a crying or sick baby, a different reality is emerging, which needs to be realized by helping it adjust to the freshly-entered world of matter.

And yet… we are creators!

Still impressed by how easily people are focused on the negative, the lack they don’t want, all that they think they can’t do, all that they think they are prevented from being.

Yet, isn’t that what we, personally do, to a great extent? Why is that easier to do? Because we are focused and stuck on “evidence” from our senses. We don’t realize that the senses and the physical follow the mind and not precede it. And that’s where the confusion sets in.

We think that this is known knowledge but it cannot be as long as we are not revealing it in manifestation, by being that which we preach.

What dyslexia is and isn’t

I guess as long as I am reading this stuff on the internet – I have stopped buying books on the subject ages ago – I will continue to write about the subject of dyslexia.

Let’s start with what dyslexia is not!

Dyslexia is not a neurological condition.

Dyslexia is not a learning disability.

We don’t “overcome” dyslexia.

Dyslexia is not a “condition”.

Dyslexia is not a medical term.

Dyslexia is not a problem unless we make it one.

We don’t get rid of a label that we mean, even though we are not using the word “dyslexia”.

Dyslexia Today

"Embracing Dyslexia (documentary film)"

A film long overdue… Now we can really being to study the subject, in a more objective way than what we have been doing up till now.

I used to try and spot out the mistakes, the misconceptions, the myths and the lies. That’s what the system of the society we live in always did and taught me, while I was growing up as a dyslexic. Now I know better. Embracing, understanding, looking at both or all sides to a story and synthesizing the various parts of it is harder work but immensely more rewarding and mind-opening. It takes self-confidence, the willingness to shift and the passion to be of service than to remain a critic. It takes the heart's desire to make the leap into wisdom verses replacing it with opinion. Yet, this won't be an easy read...

To doubt, means to be willing to see all possible sides of a matter. But it cannot be an intellectual, theoretical process. It needs to be heart-felt, practical and courageously accepted, where security and previous knowledge seize to provide concrete answers.

The Critic

When criticism is thrown back in my face, it distorts me in more ways than one. I see the shadow of me; that part that my ego doesn’t want me to see.

But I am in love with truth, with the totality of Me, to simply go with the ego’s trends.

It tells me it will protect me. But why would I need protection from something that isn’t real and just temporary programming that has entered my mind beside my conscious will?

Can I criticize ideas, viewpoints and opinions? That’s just the ego going around sideways. Why would I need to?

The meaning of joy!

I don't like extremities...

"A day without laughter is a day wasted"! Not so! Don't believe one-sided viewpoints. No matter the context, they are limiting.

Yet, in this post, I want to show a different angle, which we tend to miss or forget...

A friend on facebook sent me the video below, which got me thinking. Take a look...

Spirit – Soul Connection

We live by our beliefs and that’s why it is difficult to rise above them and above our ego.

The ego IS a structure that we have formed with timeless repetitions, which result, through gaining expertise in structuring, de-structuring and re-structuring. We spend lifetimes believing we ARE our beliefs and our formed egos.

Karma… Where does it fit into all of this? Everything we were, are, will be, transmutes in one single, eternal moment, in which we can make the Spirit – Soul connection and rise above time and space, as well as fragmented perception.

Why were we born?

Because we wanted to!

The Power to release

The only way we can experience pain, is if we have inflicted pain on others. Our Self is ALWAYS expressed through others.

We do not forgive or ask for forgiveness. That is acknowledging an illusion as reality. It is the ego’s way.

We need to dissolve the illusion, through a completely open and liberated heart, freeing the other and our self at the same time, from the drama experienced as pain.

What we ask for is the power and the wisdom to open our hearts truthfully and completely, to include all, unconditionally. This involves gratitude, for all that we have learned, for all the roles that were played willingly and perfectly by all, including ourselves, for all the darkness that pointed to the light.

Challenges for Warriors

Wisdom is found when we transcend the surface (or lower) mind.

Beyond thoughts, which we have accepted and observed in objectivity and humility, lies the knowledge that we seek.

Thoughts form patterns, which the linear mind cannot perceive. We need the cooperation of the right brain to see beyond fragments of reality that seem chaotic but from a distance form a unique magnificent image of meaning and purpose.

The challenge is to “leave your judgmental mind behind as you flow through life, observing your existence”.

We can only do this if our brain has been taught to function as a whole, combining all necessary operations, to serve the self.

November 21, 2013

More thoughts to ponder on…

(whole articles and/or books can be written on each of these thoughts...)

The surface mind doesn’t stop to race ahead, based on the past, as long as it remains programmed and untrained to serve...

The answers provided by its programming are always only "skin-deep", no matter what we assume to know...

We see as we are unconsciously programmed to see; no one and nothing besides our own self is responsible for our perception...

We need to understand the brain/mind connection and realize the power we have but are unaware of...

What we focus our attention on, whether positive or negative becomes a closed reality once we believe it...

November 20, 2013

Deconstructing reality

Sentence structure in this article is deliberate. See if you can figure out why… also take time to remain on each separate viewpoint and consciously consider your own (clue: read with your right brain or your heart)

If you take it one step further and write down your own truths, that which you believe behind the masks of your roles, you will have a clearer picture of where you are heading and how.

…………

What are we looking for, where and how?

Everything that happens is for my own good.

Who is fit to judge this? What are tools that he has to judge?

Surely, the mind that files and categorizes does not seem to understand nor accept all that seem to threaten our very existence.

The more we try to control and to steer our personal life (because there is no other), the more we seem to be failing at the attempt.

We begin to search high and low, looking for answers, solutions, treatments and techniques, for the purpose of becoming “more able” to stand at the center of our lives and sense the value and meaning of our existence.

Experiencing unschooling

Raising a child who has never attended any formal schooling, social conditioning or structure, is both a challenge and an amazing journey.

My youngest daughter is six years old and has never been to any day care, kindergarten nor has she started school along with her friends and peers in September.

The decision to not school (or condition) her in any way, on any level was not one that I made after “careful thinking” or long term planning. It was more an intuitive decision, one that came very naturally, according to our way of living based on my values.

I don’t have to change the world, what a relief!

When people ask me what I DO, I invent all sorts of answers and they are different each time. I usually say, “I strip people of their deceptions” or “I am the bitch who mirrors to people what they don’t want to see” or better still, "I am the one who shakes you to awaken because you asked me to”. Anyway…

I’m not on a mission to save the world, change people or persuade anyone about anything. Nevertheless, I “specialize” on paradoxes, that often drive people crazy… sometimes I drive myself crazy too.

I’m a passionate person, so either you’re in or you’re out. Either you move your legs on the bicycle or you fall. As simple as that! Sometimes I see the hole, and drive right into it.

Being disheartened

(probably right brained people can identify with this one more)

It’s happening all over again. You can see the pattern: you devote yourself totally to something, you lose yourself AND time completely within it, and then you pull yourself out, as abruptly as you got absorbed. You can’t seem to finish what you started, you suddenly lose your enthusiasm as quickly as it came on and you find yourself wanting to run away from that which you initially chose.

Why?

Do you get intimidated of the work involved? Maybe you should “break it down” and not get over-worked trying to absorb it all at once.

Do you not believe that you can complete that which you started? Sure, you’ve experienced this many times before but maybe it is time to consciously think about it, re-establishing your self-worth.

Why I am so “obsessed” with self-observation

There is nothing else that you really need to look for or do, if you really learn to observe yourself and life. Everything that you will ever need, can be found in this plethora of information. Self-observation will reveal to you that all this is much more than you can comprehend or take in, at once.

I do not care to find the reason why we are not taught this at a very early stage, looking for answers in the past and blaming others or myself. That would be a big waste of energy for nothing, leading me nowhere. My time of interest is the present, which forms the future. That which I care about is who I am right now and what I am doing.

Freedom is earned!

So much theory going around and yet people are still in search for more. We’ve heard it all. What are we still waiting for?

And then I remember that not everybody has “heard it all” and that there are many people still, who are just beginning to doubt, search and also get consumed by all these theories and different opinions that we all seem to be bombarded with. Everyone is entitled to their own timing right?

Yet there is another group of people, the largest one I think. These are the people who have believed that they can get everything by giving nothing; that they can save time and money going from one free event to the next, that they can know truth by reading others’ opinions, that want to receive without risking anything… especially all that they consider valuable and scarce to them. And unfortunately, the truth is once again reversed!

Depression like you’ve never read about it before

Of course you’re entitled to give up, get depressed, want to escape this shit reality we are living as a society. The biggest mistake that you can do, is reject yourself for it or try to fix it by trying to impose the “love and light” theories that have absolutely no meaning in everyday real living.

What good are the theories when you don’t know where your next meal is coming from, when you cannot communicate with anyone, when you have so much anger inside you, when you have lost your job, when nothing means anything anymore? What good is trying to visualize “something positive”, when all the images that are coming cataclysmically to your mind are of destruction, uselessness and self rejection? The last thing that you need and can tolerate is some wise guy telling you to be positive, to “look on the bright side of life”. There IS no bright side! Come to terms with it, get a grip on it and accept it. You are rolling in shit and you are chaotically going round and round dark processes of thought. That’s it!

Eyes Wide Open

Each stage or phase in our human experience is an important one and should be respected as such. But how many of us really know how to observe ourselves “from a distance” and appreciate all that consists of us?

No matter what we have “conquered”, what we have achieved, we often find that we have to “get back into the matrix”, in ways that we thought we didn’t have to, in order to learn more, test what we have learned, gather more information and connect with all that we have safely excluded from our reality. Each time, this is a difficult transition, which becomes easier, the more we accept and go with the flow of life as well as our Higher Self’s guidance and knowledge.

Many times we think we have “conquered” or “moved up the ladder” but these are just concepts of the linear time, as there is no “up” or “down” in reality, and so must be evaporated from our consciousness.

I Have a Vision!

I’m one of those people who came into this world without really belonging to it, without being able to be consumed by it. Yes, to the eyes of the structured, organized, analytic mind, the word is “weird”!

Even the day today is weird, as I was born on a Friday, 50 years ago today, which my simple mind tells me that it cannot be. Friday should have come round on my 49th birthday instead of on my 50th. I take it as positive sign for my new rebirth, once again in this world. And on this day, I can be as “weird” as I like!

Being connected and in tune with my Self, has its virtues, its responsibilities and also its fun side. I want to change everything! Being who I Am for at least the last decade of my life, change concerns this world and not my Self or my personal life, which is harmonious, fulfilling and surprisingly creative.

The thing about having Inner Sight is that the holograms and virtual realities become so plainly evident that I can no longer lose my energy or give away bits and pieces of myself to whatever is fake or lie. Surprisingly, this scares a lot of people who are not yet ready to open their minds. But, let me get to my vision...

The real power within you

Intent is the power of the universe.
It is the force that creates and destroys worlds.
It is the power that sustains all.

The intention of your Self is always evident. You can ignore it or admit it, but it is who you are.

We need to re-educate ourselves to observe, to be in touch with our own self and realize the hidden truth behind our surface mind's lies.

Becoming who we really are is our greatest challenge, because we have always been who we are, so we are unlikely to realize what that is!

Don’t try to discipline ADHD children, try to understand them

Understanding does not mean submit to them, or give upon them or let them be “who they are”, for they do not know who they are yet. They need your help to focus, understand, accept and express themselves. Understanding takes some effort, but not I the sense that you understand the word.

The ego understands “effort” as something difficult, tiring and sometimes unrealistic. The “effort” that I mean here involves willingness more than anything else. The willingness to shift your perception, to “enter” their mind and reality and to realize what is going on in there, what it means, what benefits and positive aspects you can identify with… through experience.

An ADHD child exists in a different reality. Time and space take on different meanings, not only in a general way, but EVERY time. Forcing them out of their perceived time-space reality in a cruel or abrupt manner gives them a totally wrong interpretation of themselves, and they are thrown automatically to self-judgment and self-rejection. That is when you have lost the game of communication and any opportunity of connecting, understanding and gaining from them. That is how you submit them to being “normal”, like everyone else, which they know, deep inside, that it is a lie.

Reverse all that you have been told and all that you have been doing. It is not easy, but it is worth it. It is not normal, but it is truth.

August 6, 2013

Beyond that which you know

It’s not how much time you spend creating that which you desire to create. It’s how much time you spend with your Self in the process of it all.

It’s not how hard you work at something. It’s how light (weightless) you are within yourself.

It’s not how long you can wait for something. It’s how you “wait”, which is never static.

It’s not how much you believe in something. It’s how deeply you know, beyond all beliefs.

What you do becomes a reflection of who you Are, which the ego will always judge by appearance.

August 4, 2013

Who qualifies as normal anyway?

This is NOT what dyslexia is!
This is what the focused, single perspective left brain sees!

As long as the left brain people want to divide the world into "their perspective" (as truth or "reality") or else "no other perception", we will continue to limit our children, prevent the creative people from offering their highest potential to the world and limit ourselves in the process too.

Dyslexia is about being right brained, which does not automatically mean "deficient" or "disabled" in any way! I am wondering why, on a collective basis, we have yet to acknowledge that EVERYONE has a right brain or their own, which they are not using.

August 3, 2013

For courageous hearts and daring minds

The ego is afraid of the silence more than anything. The emptiness, the loss of or non existence of fixed images or stable emotions. The fluidity of everything that holds nothing concrete and stable. The cataclysmic realization of not knowingness, which threatens its very existence.

If you are a trained observer, you realize the discomfort, the need to escape the inevitable. You know that there is nothing that you can DO but ride through the reality emerging in your life’s cycle. It’s a lot more evident than anything you have experienced before. There are no images coming and going, no emotions shaping your psyche. There is just you floating, moving, yet seemingly stuck and nowhere. Only those who have dared the experience can recognize the words and the reality behind them.

It is a very important stage for your consciousness, one that the ego will fight to escape from, with every trick it has learned, following your previous tactics, which you have used to strengthen it.

July 30, 2013

On forgiveness

There can be no guilt…

There has never been an accusation; there is never a reason for forgiveness. Only the ego accuses and in its cowardice and ignorance to do so, it then feels powerful and courageous to arrogantly forgive.

But the spirit knows no need for forgiveness, for there has never been an accusation.

That is the outline.

But I know that your belief structures, the way we have been brought up to think, all the garbage that most us still carry out within us, forbids you to just believe or simply discard that which you already think you know. Fair enough, and good enough too, because you should believe no one and nothing before you know for yourself. “Knowing” is of course very different from believing… it comes from your own personal experience, when you are ready to see, and not a second before.

The face of death

It’s inevitable… and the face of death is harsh… don’t let anyone tell you otherwise.

Everyone wants to talk only of life and pretend that death doesn't exist. A big taboo that is still feared and avoided. But death exists on this plane of existence, where we are called to realize not only our spirituality but also our humanity! It’s the other side of birth, which includes and does not reject life.

Each time we lose someone we love, a part of us dies, as a part of us is reborn with each birth or beginning. The pain is as strong as the connection you had, the bond that made the relationship come alive; the love that makes this final departure painful.

You mourn. You have to mourn. Not for the life lost for life is never-ending and never lost. You mourn for your loss, for your inadequacy to intervene, to prolong, to change the unchangeable. Peculiar as it may sound, you mourn for the good times too; the sharing, the laughter and the vivid memories that flash through your mind and heart. You mourn in gratitude and respect for the gift of experience, the unmistakable, irreplaceable opportunity of temporary giving and exchanging of emotions, coming together and connecting beyond form.

Working for a paycheck or seeking your passion?

I understand that this is a difficult subject and one that cannot be taken lightly. All of us, from a very early age, are guided towards “thinking about our future”, deciding, “what we want to become when we grow up”, finding the job that will ensure our survival and hopefully, finding the “secret formula” for attaining great wealth.

Most of us end up either struggling between jobs, doing something that we are not sure is our life’s passion or succeeding yet feeling that “there was something else that we were supposed to be doing”, despite the fact that we have accomplished financial and social security.

If I were to tell you - like many others do – to search for your passion and not think about the money because “money comes to you when you follow your dreams”, I would be one more “easy preacher” with an ego agenda, searching for followers, being totally unrealistic! In fact, you are not going to receive any advice or any easy answers from this article.

I am rather going to take straight out of the box, and tell you things that your linear mind cannot capture and which have never been synthesized before. So, fasten your seatbelts, for we are going to travel high and wide for a while.

A few difficult questions

I would like to present you with a few probable subjects that we could discuss in future, in the form of articles that I could (or I will) write about.

As I would like this blog to be more inter-active and not a solo act, the following are many of the questions that have troubled me in the past, subjects that I realize need clarifying and issues that we have yet to solve on a collective level.

Feel free to comment on anything, to add your own thoughts or subjects of interest and especially think WITH yourselves, on these questions and/or subjects.

I am a very practical person and not into any theorizing at all. My interest is not merely to exchange beliefs and/or viewpoints but to make real changes in our perceptions and our lives. I hope you will join me in this venture, for as long as I can be here and share with you what I have learned so far and still learning, each moment.

In random order and in simple language:

July 22, 2013

On becoming wiser…

My little girl has asked me a couple of times, “mommy, what do you want to be when you grow up?” I had a hard time answering and I still haven’t given her a straight answer… until now, when everything is coming together inside me.

Initially I watched the discomfort in me as she asked while my mind was trying desperately to find logic in her question. WHEN I grow up? I’m already “grown up”! My gosh, I’m nearly 50! I've already decided what I want to do… TO DO… the mind interprets “what do you want to BE” as “what do you want to DO”.

So, the ego (which is based on the mind) assumes in great discomfort, “haven’t I already done enough, aren't I doing enough?” But even after realizing all this, the answer still eluded me. I have learned not to take ANY of my daughter’s questions lightly…

The hypocrisy of fighting addictions

Or… Why we cannot stop addictions

Whenever I start writing, I feel a real challenge to put every insight and every image that is in my mind on paper. And every time I realize that this is not possible. There are so many perceptions to a specific subject that it is impossible to verbally express them all, especially in a single article. For that reason, this, and all other articles on the blog serve only as triggers to get the surface mind to think differently and help us out of our comfort zones.

Addictions are a huge subject and I can only touch it generally, whereas each person has to do the work for him/herself, on their specific addiction(s). The definition of an addiction, stated plainly, is that action is mechanical, unconscious, not realized. We feel that the repetitive action dominates us and we seem powerless to change it or stop it.

Addictions come in all forms and in all areas of life. The list is endless, although according to society, the most obvious forms of addictions are what we can see and realize on the surface of our being; smoking, alcohol or food consumption, drugs (including prescription pills), nail biting, etc. But there are many others, less recognized and more powerful addictions; clinging on to others, playing the victim, being greedy in our needs, being socially overactive, wanting to save the “less fortunate”, over-spending, being a workaholic, a technology freak, etc.

How do we face Silence?

When there is silence on the outside, in your communications and relationships, it is time to accept and expand within.

Silence is misinterpreted by the ego. Wanting to know, it will draw its own conclusions, which are always limiting, no matter what they speak about.

When presented with silence, it is time to focus on the inside, on your own Self and release any inflicted “silences”, any disconnections. It is time to recognize beliefs and fears specifically and accept them, for they are a part of who you are. It is the way that you may once again embrace all, through Your knowing and your acceptance.

Empower instead of disheartening yourself

The problem is that you expect to see in order to believe. On the other side of polarity, is to believe expecting to see. Both states of consciousness derive from and are based on lack. Neither believing nor not believing matter!

As far as belief goes, what it does, is it attracts more “sides” to a belief that you are not seeing, so that you may become more self aware. We are educated to think that "a belief is a belief", which is an oversimplified concept and therefore a distortion of truth. Beliefs have many levels of registry within us, as they also have many sides to them, the most obvious being their opposite. Not knowing this, we get stuck on trying to change or get rid of a belief, which cannot be done.

To become self aware is to be consciously present. But it is still not a place of knowledge, of self-empowerment.

The place of knowledge is an altered state of awareness. What does that mean? It means being able to integrate the “opposites”. Being fully and totally in balance – for extended periods of time. Some indicators are:

Autism: talking about right brain thinking

Autism, Asperger's, AD(H)D or Dyslexia? It's time we took a look at these "inabilities" in a whole new light!

We tend to look at people searching for the negative first, based on our past education. The ego wants to establish its "place", comparing itself with others. "How are they different from me?" And then we go into categorizations and statements about what is "normal" and what is not, basically to secure our own self-worth...

What if we decided initially that the IS NO "normal" and that each person has something unique and extraordinary to offer to the world and us?

Meet Temple Grandin; an amazing woman in her own right:

“Who do you think made the first stone spears? The Asperger guy. If you were to get rid of all the autism genetics, there would be no more Silicon Valley.”

Unschooling; not as unknown a concept as we're led to believe

Unschooling means you don't "have to" do anything. You just follow your heart. Then each day becomes a whole new experience, everything you do matters and you exist in cooperation with life.

Learning is about discovering life through yourself and your environment. It is not about being programmed how and what to think, do or be.

Learning cannot be separated from fun, experiment, error and experience.

There is no “normal” or fixed pace to learning. Each must follow their own rhythm.

Learning is closely related to freedom as each individual takes steps into the unknown.

June 27, 2013

Unschooling

There will be many articles on unschooling in the near future, as it is a huge subject, mostly still unknown.

Unschooling is much more than choosing not to send my child to school (public or private). Schooling in its broader meaning is everything that has to do with our social and cultural conditioning.

Whether we are aware or not of the extent that this continuous conditioning, it nevertheless shapes - without our conscious consent - who we are. There is not an area in our lives where this subconscious conditioning has not and is not affecting. It could not therefore, leave our roles as parents and educators unaffected.

That which concerns me the most is the ignorant, irresponsible way in which we are bringing up and tutoring our children. This is not about blame or guilt. It is about taking responsibility of being aware who we are and who we want to be.

June 22, 2013

Wanting to control

Oh yes, I know the theory; "we are not meant to control but to allow" and "go with the flow". Sure, but... the process is usually unknown and I feel it is the essence of our human experience, where much joy, learning and expanding takes place. We tend to focus on destinations and before we realize it, we've been there, left and what's left is a bitter taste of bitterness because all that matter seem to pass by too fast.

Yet, as for the "good" as well as the "bad", the process is the same and being consciously aware makes all the difference. The greatest wonder of life is discovering and uniting our Self through our experiences.

Your Dark Side

Change?

You won't make it. You are more likely to end your life the way you started it; ignorant and miserable.

Your pathetic attitude of asking for help when, in reality, you wish to remain exactly where and as you are is undeniably evident.

All this talk of "love", your deep-rooted dependence on those and that which you (secretly) loathe, is cunningly manipulative.

You expect to be "sweet talked" and you hide behind robotic "good manners" and social ethics to avoid being honest, revealing who you really are.

You despise anyone who shows you the hidden parts of yourself and speaks to in a way you would never accept as your own.

Your angels and false gods, your greedy prayers and self-hatred make you vulnerable but "loved" by your kind.

The "chosen few"

It is happening!

We are coming together; people from everywhere, from all over, who we did not know before this time. Those who we thought belonged to the same “circle” or like-minded thinking as us, are slowly disappearing, to give their place to the chosen ones who can join and participate in the new cosmic beat.

As we are unifying ourselves within, so we are connecting to one another, on a global scale.

We are to form communities, centers of unimaginable new creations; vibrating energy of knowledge and wisdom, embracing all and everything that can vibrate to like frequencies, within their own individuated uniqueness. We are beginning to contribute to each others’ purpose and calling, merging the many pieces of the One Picture, now starting to come into manifestation, as we grow, willingly extending ourselves beyond any former boundaries that we carefully formulated so that we would accomplish the unity and harmony within us.

The “Fall of Man”

Everyone speaks of a “Fall of Man”, which I cannot believe to be true, because I know it is not. Still stuck in the dual categorization of our educated minds, we strive to understand all that our mislead hearts cannot receive.

Every concept based on the “Fall” and all connecting concepts (“free will”, “salvation”, “awakening” etc.) are lies pointing to the Truth, which can be found only in one’s Heart and freed Mind.

To believe one or the other belief is easy and safe. Changing belief structures, thinking that we are expanding our consciousness is to remain ignorant of our own Unique Individuated existence within the cosmos.

A Unique Relationship

All we truly need is a sincere, intimate, direct relationship with our own Self.

All answers, solutions to our problems and knowledge that we need, can be found there in abundance, given with gentleness and love, each moment. If we would just listen, if we would just pay attention!

The way of communication of the ego-mind is very different, more aggressive and louder than our Self’s offerings.

We have learned to listen to our ego-mind thinking that we know and that we are in control. That is how we get lost and ultimately come before dead-ends, obstacles and problems that we do not know how to solve or get past.

Shedding new light on Dyslexia

Dyslexia is not a learning disability although all fingers point to education. Naming something and then continuing our focus based on what we have named is easy and comfortable. Yet symptoms are sometimes misleading and in this case, they are.

Sure there are difficulties but we need to leave those aside for a while to see the bigger picture or we are stuck in one very limited perception, which ultimately has no answers and no “cures”.

Dyslexics have a completely different perception of reality that non-dyslexics cannot grasp. Why? Again, I’ll use terms for lack of better ones, although they too have been over-used…

The True Masculine

The true masculine is not to provide stability, security, non-changed realities out of fear. He is to provide encouragement, wonder, support, freedom, the eagle’s view...

The warrior, the quiet sufferer, the wise and confident one, the true lover!

He can be patient because he has been hurt.

He can be confident because he is not dependent but free.

He is devoted in his choices because he has resurrected himself. He searches no more for his is found.

He can be supportive because he has felt doubt. He can respect because he values individuated expression.

He can admire and cherish because his attention is totally and willfully focused.

He can protect without crippling or preventing because he is an equal, because he has conquered and therefore recognizes all fear.

Guided from within!

Take time to go over each aphorism, thinking about your own life, observing your actions, thoughts and emotions each time.

The phrases that most resonate with you are the ones you need to concentrate on now in your life. You can always come back later and read it again… other phrases will pop out and “speak” to you.

These are not all of course, just a head start, to form your own list of inner guidance.

Consciously decide to do things differently. Be sure to change at least something each day, no matter how small.

Take notice of the details; your own and others’ too.

Stop wasting time on unimportant things. Remember, all you have is time; use it wisely.

Fear or Phobia?

Fear and phobia are two very different things, which I think we have totally confused in our minds. The biggest “spiritual” programming going around these days is that fear is opposite to love and that fear limits us.
Fear is an emotion, whereas phobia is a state of being. Like all emotions, fear shows you what you need to look at. It might be the basic emotion of all “negative” emotions (all the categorizations are of the left-brain’s programming), but it also takes you to the core of your being, if you are willing to go there.

Fear is based not only on your body’s survival instincts which are registered in your cells’ memory but also on your soul’s memory throughout your existence. It connects you to your all-time experiences, in ways that the rational, linear mind cannot understand, nor does it accept.
